Pinch of Tuscany is a private catering business founded by chef Luca, bringing his Tuscan heritage and 15 years of culinary experience to events across Birmingham, Solihull, the West Midlands and the Cotswolds. After beginning his career in Tuscany, Luca moved to the UK and worked in five-star hotels and private members’ clubs, alongside chefs with Michelin-star backgrounds. He now creates food for clients’ homes and special occasions, combining traditional British ingredients with Tuscan recipes and a focus on fresh produce.
The business caters for weddings, private dinner parties, buffets, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations. Luca offers custom menus, with planning that can cover the food, presentation and event timings. His team provides professional, attentive service, and the business accommodates individual guest requirements, as reflected in customer reviews. Pinch of Tuscany also offers cooking classes, where participants can learn Italian cuisine with Luca. Clients can enquire about an event or book a class directly through the business.
