Pineforest Jewelry, Inc. Established in 1986, this family-owned business has been catering to the East Houston community for over three decades. Jim and Linda Mills, the founders, started their entrepreneurial journey by learning the art of manufacturing and repairing jewelry.

With a deep passion for gold and diamonds, they immersed themselves in courses covering diamonds, precious stones, metallurgy, refining, and sales. Their dedication and hard work paid off when they opened Pineforest Jewelry, Inc. Known for their WOW Experience, the store gained a stellar reputation, with customers lining up outside the store during peak times.

In their pursuit of excellence, Jim and Linda decided to expand and purchased a 7,200 square foot building to create a new home for Pineforest Jewelry. Now, they are taking their unique jewelry experience to the next level with the construction of an 8,000 square foot theme jewelry store. Set to open in 2023, Diamond Jim's Pineforest Jewelry Experience will transport you to an 1800s gold mine.

From a statue of a gold miner and a genuine ore cart at the entrance to mining tools, artifacts, and the sounds of mining inside, the ambiance will be truly immersive. The store will feature videos showcasing various aspects of jewelry-making and a complete repair facility visible through a glass wall. Additionally, there will be an old-time Assay Office to evaluate and trade precious metals, and a 600 square foot restaurant to complete your one-of-a-kind experience.
