Pinery Water District is a trusted provider of water and wastewater services, catering to the communities of Pinery, Timbers, Misty Pines, Pinery Glen, High Prairie Farms, Pradera, Vistancia, and Colorado Golf Club. With over 50 years of experience, our district has been delivering high-quality water to approximately 15,000 residents and around 90 large irrigator and commercial customers. Established in 1965 as the Denver Southeast Suburban Water and Sanitation District, we have been committed to providing quality water for life.

In the early 1990s, we adopted the name Pinery Water and Wastewater District to better reflect the area we serve. Our vision is to ensure long-term sustainability, offer innovative solutions, maintain fiscal responsibility, and provide excellent service to our valued customers. As part of our mission, we actively engage in regional water initiatives, such as the South Metro Water Supply Authority and the WISE Project, to enhance water infrastructure and supply efficiency.
