Wattle & Wonder is a teacher-owned and led early learning community with centres in Winthrop and Kardinya, Perth. Owned and run by bachelor-qualified primary school teachers, the centres offer a safe, nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, ask questions, express themselves and grow in confidence. Learning is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, with a focus on helping children develop practical skills, curiosity and readiness for school.

The centres provide school readiness, dance and fitness programs, and healthy, nutritious meals. Creative experiences are central to the approach: Winthrop offers dedicated art classes, while Kardinya provides music classes. Across both locations, children can also enjoy activities including gardening, storytelling and science. Wattle & Wonder aims to make learning engaging and adventurous while respecting each child’s voice, individuality and development.

The centres are open Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Families can contact either centre or book a tour to learn more about the programs and care available.
