Founded by Brian and Joleen Durham, Piney River offers a wide range of high-quality, handcrafted beers that capture the essence of the Ozarks. What started as a passion for drinking craft beer around a bonfire quickly turned into a thriving brewery.

The journey began in 2011 when the Durhams transformed their old barn into the official brewery, affectionately called the BARn. With demand rapidly outpacing supply, they expanded their production and became the first microbrewery in the state of Missouri to can beer onsite. Piney River's Missouri Mule IPA and McKinney Eddy Amber Ale quickly gained popularity, earning them accolades at prestigious beer festivals.

Today, Piney River continues to grow, with a larger barn and increased brewing capacity. The original BARn now houses a thriving taproom, while the Durhams experiment with new Farm Raised Funk beers in a separate space. They are committed to using locally sourced ingredients and have even added more land to their farm to continue creating a unique Ozarks experience.
