Pink Peril is a roller derby sports association based in the Netherlands, with its statutory seat in the municipality of Heerlen. The club brings together people interested in playing, learning about, and supporting roller derby, a fast-paced team sport played on quad roller skates around an oval track. In a bout, jammers wearing stars on their helmets score points by skating laps and passing opposing blockers, while blockers use strategic positioning and contact to stop them.
Pink Peril welcomes prospective skaters through its “Fresh Meat” recruitment program, inviting newcomers to join the team and get involved. The association also shares information about the sport, including an FAQ, and promotes upcoming games and other events through its calendar. Supporters and potential partners can learn about the club’s sponsors, while visitors can contact the association for general or interleague enquiries.
Training takes place at Sportpark De Varenbeuk in Heerlen and Sporthal Belfort in Maastricht.
