About PIONIERKRAFT
PIONIERKRAFT GmbH provides a technology-based solution for selling locally generated solar electricity to residents of multi-family buildings. Its approach is designed to make on-site solar power easier for landlords and property owners to offer, helping them increase the use of their photovoltaic (PV) electricity and improve returns compared with feeding all surplus power into the grid. The company combines hardware, software and support to help customers plan and implement projects.
The PIONIER-Portal is the central platform for managing solar sales, monitoring energy flows, handling resident changes and automating billing. PIONIERKRAFT describes its model as using direct supply connections, with a focus on straightforward administration and compliance with applicable requirements. A free portal offer is advertised for new customers, and a demo is available even without an active solar project. The company also provides a financial feasibility calculator, guidance for landlords and electrical installers, customer case studies, webinars, events and a blog covering regulation and practical experience.
