Taekwon-do Cobra Team is a martial arts and sports organization offering traditional Taekwon-do training for children, teenagers, and adults. Its sections operate across multiple locations, including Płock, Płońsk, Przasnysz, Maków Mazowiecki, Nasielsk, Baboszewo, Bielsko-Biała, Czerwińsk nad Wisłą, Zakroczym, Wyszogród, and Włocławek. Classes are divided by age, with activities adapted to participants’ abilities and experience.

The program for preschool and early-school-age children combines general fitness, stretching, basic martial arts techniques, and learning through play. School-age students can develop their Taekwon-do skills while building confidence, discipline, fitness, and respect for others. Teenagers and adults train in traditional Taekwon-do, self-defence, and combat techniques, alongside conditioning and strengthening exercises that may incorporate CrossFit, Tabata, and calisthenics elements.

Cobra Team also organizes belt-grade examinations, competitions, and sports camps. Its training is presented as a welcoming way to improve fitness, support healthy habits, learn practical skills, and enjoy physical activity.
