Pirouette is a neo-bistro in Nice’s Port district, created by Samuel Victori and Juliette Busetto, the team behind Michelin-starred restaurant Les Agitateurs. Opened in November 2023, it offers a more spontaneous expression of their cooking, with an emphasis on seasonal produce, generous sharing and thoughtful hospitality. Its menu brings French classics together with unexpected combinations and inspirations from elsewhere, changing with the seasons, ingredients and the kitchen’s ideas.

Dishes featured include the day’s catch with vegetables cooked in rock-fish soup, pigeon and foie gras pithivier, and a Paris-Brest-inspired dessert with hazelnut and caramel. Pirouette welcomes guests for dinner and weekend lunch, in a cosy, poetic setting with a terrace near the port. The restaurant also offers gift vouchers and tailored private events, with a flexible space and customized food and service.
