Pieksämäellä on ollut harrastussukellustoimintaa vuodesta 1979 lähtien.Aluksi seuramme toimi uimaseuran alajaostona,mutta vuodesta 1992 olemme toimineet itsenäisenä seurana.Seurassamme on tällä hetkellä n. 80 jäsentä, joista osa on kannattajajäseniä.Olemme jäsenenä Sukeltajaliitto ry:ssa, joka puolestaan on jäsenliittonakansainvälisessä CMAS-järjestössä. Pieksämäen Urheilusukeltajat, also known as PISU, is a recreational diving club based in Pieksämäki, Finland. Diving activities in the town date back to 1979, when the group first operated as a branch of a swimming club. Since 1992, PISU has been an independent association. The club has approximately 80 members, including supporting members, and is part of Sukeltajaliitto ry, the Finnish Divers’ Association, which is affiliated with the international CMAS organisation.
PISU welcomes people interested in diving and offers a range of training courses.
