PitchQuill is a cold email platform designed to send outreach gradually from usersβ own work mailboxes rather than blasting large lists. It connects with Google Workspace, Zoho, Yandex, and cPanel or Plesk accounts using SMTP and IMAP. Users can build campaigns from CSV or Excel files, Google Sheets, or pasted data, and personalize messages with contact details and varied wording.
The service sends emails during selected business hours, with randomized gaps between messages and gradual daily volume increases for new mailboxes. Follow-ups stay in the same email thread and stop automatically when a recipient replies or unsubscribes. PitchQuill also suppresses hard-bounced addresses and pauses a mailbox if bounce rates exceed its threshold or a spam complaint is received. Its shared inbox brings campaign replies together, categorizes them, and lets users respond from the original mailbox. Emails use plain text by default, without tracking pixels or redirected links, and include unsubscribe options and sender details. PitchQuill says it reduces risky sending practices but does not guarantee inbox placement.
