Pivovar Moravský Žižkov is a private brewery located in Moravský Žižkov, at the southern tip of Moravia. Established in 2012, this brewery continues the long-standing brewing tradition in the Břeclav region, known for its vineyards. The brewery offers a unique experience by combining a microbrewery with a restaurant on the premises, allowing visitors to witness the brewing process with a 5hl stainless steel kettle right in the pub.
The brewery's annual production capacity is up to 1000hl, ensuring a steady supply of their traditional, high-quality brews. Using a blend of Moravian malt, Žatec hops, and traditional brewing methods, Pivovar Moravský Žižkov creates beers with a rich malty flavor, aroma, and a subtle bitterness. Visit their E-shop or try their brews at their restaurant in Prague, Žižkov na Žižkově, for a taste of their honest and authentic beers
