Pixie Rustic Creations is a small craft business founded by Karen, creating rustic pieces for customers and their homes. Its mission is to offer quality crafts at great prices while making each purchase a memorable experience. The brand invites shoppers to browse its online catalog and contact Karen with questions, special requests, or ideas for colors and details.
Customers can share their preferences after placing an order, allowing the pieces to reflect the combinations they have in mind. One featured product type mentioned by the business is porch leaners, which cannot be shipped because of high shipping costs. Local customers who prefer to collect an order can select pickup during checkout.
Pixie Rustic Creations aims to provide attentive customer service and encourages visitors to get in touch if they cannot find what they are looking for. The website also provides home, catalog, and contact pages, along with Facebook and Instagram links, and accepts PayPal as a payment method
