Pizzeria Libretto

Pizzeria Libretto is a Toronto restaurant brand focused on Neapolitan pizza, prepared with a simple, chef-inspired approach and natural ingredients. Its pizza draws on traditional methods associated with Naples: a 12-inch sourdough base fermented for 72 hours and cooked at high heat in a brick oven, creating a charred, blistered crust with a soft, elastic centre. The menu includes antipasti, pizza, desserts, wine and other drinks, with vegan and gluten-free options available through housemade vegan fior di latte and gluten-free crust substitutions.

Guests can dine at locations including Danforth, University, Yonge & Sheppard, and Bar Libretto on Ossington. The Ossington venue offers a more intimate, late-night, bar-forward experience while retaining Libretto’s Neapolitan pizza. The brand also provides reservations, takeout and delivery, frozen pizza, and gift cards. For groups, it offers family-style dining and private or semi-private event options at select restaurants. Pizzeria Libretto runs pizza-making classes for children and private groups, teaching participants to make Neapolitan pizza with its pizzaiolos.
