The PJosh Diabetes Foundation is a Non-Governmental/Non-profit Organization based in Nigeria, dedicated to curbing the high mortality rate of Africans due to diabetes. They are registered with the Co-operate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Their primary purpose is to reach out to the diabetic community in Africa and provide everyone with the opportunity to know their blood sugar levels.

They strongly believe that early diagnosis and proper management of diabetes will save lives. Currently, over 16 million people in Africa have diabetes, and it is estimated that this number will rise to 41 million by 2045. The foundation aims to set up platforms for sensitization, empowering both rural and urban populations with relevant knowledge on diabetes management and prevention.

They believe that Africa can be healthy, productive, and prosperous, with diabetes not being a death warrant. The foundation focuses on providing diabetes education/awareness, online advocacy/campaigns, outreaches across Africa, and support to individuals already diagnosed with diabetes. They offer their services free of charge, as many people in Africa cannot afford medication and healthcare.
