PlamoHangar is an independent online service created for plamo builders to organize and share their model-kit hobby. It provides a single place to catalog kits users own, keep track of their stash and backlog, and mark projects as in progress or completed. These records can help members see what is already in their collection and avoid duplicate purchases.

For finished kits, users can log builds, add ratings and reviews, and create photo galleries documenting their work. Each member can also share a public profile under a personal @handle, showcasing their collection and completed builds to other enthusiasts. The service is free to join, and signing up takes about a minute.

PlamoHangar describes itself as “by builders, for builders,” reflecting its focus on people who snap, glue, sand, and paint model kits. It emphasizes straightforward collection management and sharing, with no advertisements or algorithms. The website also provides information about privacy, terms, DMCA, and credits, along with a tip jar for users who wish to support the project.
