Plan International Japan is a public interest foundation and international NGO working toward a more equal world. As part of Plan International’s efforts in more than 80 countries, it supports children—particularly girls—facing barriers to safety, education, health, and opportunity. Its programs address education, child development and protection, sexual and reproductive health and rights, livelihoods, children’s participation, gender equality, and emergency humanitarian response.

The organization offers several ways for individuals and groups to contribute. These include monthly giving through Plan Sponsorship, which connects supporters with children and communities, and Plan Global Supporters, as well as one-time donations, emergency appeals, and funding for projects with urgent needs. It also welcomes corporate and organizational contributions, major gifts, and donations through bequests or inheritance. Some donations may qualify for tax deductions.

Beyond fundraising, Plan International Japan shares activity reports and stories, publishes educational materials, organizes events and advocacy initiatives, and provides speakers. Through these programs and services, it works with communities to help children grow, learn, participate, and shape their own futures.
