Planetarium

The Brussels Planetarium, part of the Royal Observatory of Belgium, brings astronomy and space science to audiences in the heart of Brussels. Its distinctive dome creates an immersive 360-degree view of the starry sky, allowing visitors to explore the universe from their seats. The Planetarium presents a varied programme of films designed for different ages, from shows for children aged three to seven to productions recommended for visitors aged twelve and older.

Topics include the solar system, Earth’s climate and origins, stars, cosmic water, superstorms, and the search for elusive particles. The venue also welcomes school groups on weekdays by prior reservation and offers optional educational workshops for students. The Planetarium is open daily from 10 a. m. to 5 p.
