Plankreis

Plankreis is an architectural planning office serving clients in Kaindorf, Hartberg and the surrounding area. Günter Gollner & Thomas Teubl GmbH plans homes, commercial buildings and municipal facilities, combining functionality, aesthetic clarity and sustainable, people-centred design. Its approach favours durable, practical concepts over short-lived trends, with careful use of space and attention to how buildings fit their surroundings and serve their users.

The office supports projects from the initial concept through to implementation. Its services include preliminary design and planning, tendering, construction supervision and project delivery, as well as energy advice and energy performance certificates. Plankreis works on municipal projects such as kindergartens, schools, waste centres, sports facilities and stadiums, and commercial buildings including offices, halls and agricultural buildings. For private clients, it plans new single-family homes and renovations, shaping each project around the client’s needs. By considering energy use and economic practicality as part of the planning process, Plankreis aims to create comfortable, efficient spaces and guide clients through the building process.
