"Plantarium" is an online atlas and plant identifier showcasing the flora of Russia and neighboring countries. With over 52,000 taxa and 127,000 Latin names, it serves as a comprehensive resource for both amateurs and professionals in botany and ecology. Unlike traditional keys, Plantarium's plant identifier allows users to input multiple features to generate specific species descriptions.

Featuring images, descriptions, and ecosystem data, Plantarium aims to assist in identifying wild plants and lichens in the former USSR territories, including Russia and its neighboring countries. Supported by TetraSoft, this non-profit project encourages contributions from botanists and photographers to build a diverse database. With a focus on education, Plantarium provides valuable information on plant species and habitats, making it a valuable tool for plant enthusiasts and researchers alike.
