Plant Based Juniors

Plant-Based Juniors is a brand founded by two experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, Whitney and Alex. With a focus on raising plant-based babies, toddlers, children, and teens, this inclusive community provides evidence-based guidance for growing healthy, conscious kids. As parents themselves, Whitney and Alex understand the challenges of feeding little ones and strive to cut through the nutrition noise to deliver credible and practical information.

Plant-Based Juniors offers a wide range of products and resources to support parents, including books like the best-selling "The Plant-Based Baby & Toddler," the "Predominantly Plant-Based Pregnancy Guide," the "Nut-Free Lunch Box Book," and the "First Bites: A Guide to Starting Solids." Additionally, they have created the PBJ's Learning Center, which provides accredited professional pediatric nutrition courses, as well as interactive courses for parents and caregivers.

With delicious kid-friendly recipes, evidence-based nutrition and feeding information, and practical meal planning tips, Plant-Based Juniors aims to show parents that feeding kids can be both fun and nourishing. Whether you follow a plant-based diet or simply want to incorporate more plants into your family's meals, Plant-Based Juniors is here to empower and support you on your parenting journey.
