PLANTBUILT GreenCanteen is a vegan food truck founded by Carmelo and Felix, offering a convenient way to enjoy fresh, satisfying meals without shopping, cooking or washing up. Its customizable bowls are made for people seeking a healthier alternative to fast food, including busy workers and fitness enthusiasts. Customers can choose from options such as Protein Bowl, Super Bowl, Light Weight Baby! and Planted Kebab Bowl, each served with a sauce and topping. Bowls are available in regular and large sizes, with prices varying by selection and size.

The menu features a range of fully vegan sauces, including roasted sesame, smoky chili, Indian curry, mango, coconut chili, yogurt and peanut. PLANTBUILT travels to changing locations during the week and also caters events on weekends. Its regular stops include locations in Renningen, Stuttgart, Weil der Stadt and Calw. The founders describe their mission as providing high-quality, healthy and affordable vegan food that tastes good. The business was named the City of Renningen’s Founder of the Month in February.
