About Planted Terraria
Planted Terraria Exotics, with their ProRep Flood Lamps, cater specifically to reptile owners by offering a range of products that emit visible light, UVA, and heat in the form of short-wave infrared. These lamps are designed to provide a well-distributed source of light and heat within reptile enclosures, mimicking natural conditions. The special diffused coating on the lamp glass ensures that the light and warmth are evenly dispersed, ideal for tropical diurnal species.
It is crucial to select the right wattage for your setup to accommodate the animal, enclosure size, and construction. Mounting the lamp above the basking site creates a temperature gradient for natural thermo-regulatory behavior. To prevent overheating, a dimming thermostat is recommended, along with a lamp guard to protect the animal.
Planted Terraria Exotics prioritizes the well-being of these fascinating creatures with their carefully crafted lighting solutions
