Steven has studied at both Oaklands Horticultural College and Cannington Horticultural College, while Lindsay holds a BSc Hons in Horticulture from Bath University. Their combined expertise and experience have led them to establish their own nursery and pursue their passion for native wildflowers.

PlantWild propagates most of their plants from hand-harvested seed sourced within the UK. They also purchase additional supplies from registered UK seed suppliers to ensure the highest quality. Their propagating process is manual, ensuring close attention to detail for every plant.

They use propagating polytunnels for seed starting and allow the plants to grow in their natural environment once developed. The brand prioritizes sustainability and environmentally-friendly practices. They do not use heat in their tunnels, rely on biodiversity for pest control, and use organic seaweed extract plant food for feeding when necessary.

If pests become problematic, they use an organic and non-chemical spray that is safe for the plants, the environment, and the food chain.
