To book, users provide journey and contact details online; ARG qualifies and forwards the request to an authorised local provider, who contacts the customer to arrange the trip. The platform also offers transport coordination for hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and other care facilities, alongside resources on booking, coverage and reimbursement. ARG states that its partner companies are approved by regional health agencies and contracted with Assurance Maladie, and that eligible journeys may be covered by the national health insurance system. The connection service is free for patients.
