Bostadsstiftelsen Platen

Bostadsstiftelsen Platen is Motala’s largest landlord and a public-benefit housing provider serving the municipality in Östergötland, Sweden. The foundation manages nearly 5,700 apartments and helps residents find homes through services such as available-apartment listings, registration and Bostad Direkt. It also offers commercial premises for rent.

For current tenants, Platen provides Mina sidor, an online portal for housing-related matters, and the HLU shop, where residents can order apartment maintenance. The organisation shares updates about its properties, including planned service interruptions and other operational information, and hosts activities for tenants through an events calendar.
