Plavání Lavia · Brno

Plavecká škola Lavia is a Brno-based swim school established in 1995, offering swimming courses for children and adults, from beginners to more advanced and fitness-focused swimmers. Its teaching emphasizes small groups, learning through play, and building confidence and practical swimming skills. Children’s programs cater to different ages and abilities: toddlers aged two to four swim with a parent, while older beginners learn independently.

More advanced young swimmers can join groups focused on technique, fitness, games, water polo, diving, and introductory water sports. Lavia also provides courses for adults. Lessons take place at two Brno school pools: ZŠ Horní, with seawater treatment using salt instead of chlorine, and ZŠ Jasanová, which uses conventional chlorine treatment maintained at low levels.

The school notes that a free trial lesson may be available before enrolment, except during school holidays. Families can consult the timetable for current availability, read client feedback, and contact the school by phone or email
