Plavat Snadno

Plavat Snadno is a swimming instruction service focused on helping children and adults move through water confidently, efficiently and with enjoyment. Its teaching is based on the Total Immersion method, known in Czech as the Method of Complete Immersion, which emphasizes mindful, effective strokes and coordinated body and hip movement rather than forceful, uncontrolled swimming. The approach is intended to conserve energy and support smooth swimming over longer distances, making it relevant to recreational swimmers and triathletes alike.

Founder and instructor Marie Vávrová is a former Czech national swimming champion, a certified Total Immersion instructor and a swimming teacher with 18 years of experience. She offers individual, empathetic instruction in a friendly and respectful environment, including support for learners who fear water or have experienced trauma, as well as swimmers seeking to correct inefficient habits. Lessons are available for children, adults and triathletes, and clients can choose Marie or other coaches trained under her guidance. Pool sessions take place at AXA from Monday to Friday and at Hloubětín on weekends.
