ARDEM is an open-world multiplayer survival game set in Minnowa, a handcrafted wilderness inspired by the American Midwest. Across 64 square kilometers of non-procedurally generated terrain, players explore abandoned towns, industrial sites, military compounds, caves, and other locations in a world devastated by the RHAB-14 virus. The game blends exploration, survival, and rebuilding, with choices that shape how players engage with the remnants of civilization.

Players can hunt wildlife, gather resources, manage hunger and thirst, and endure dynamic weather. They can build and fortify shelters, cultivate land, and generate electricity with solar panels, wind turbines, or fuel-powered generators. Vehicles can be scavenged, repaired, and maintained for travel across the vast map. Persistent servers support up to 64 players, with PvE, PvP, and role-playing options for solo adventurers or groups. ARDEM also offers community resources, including a wiki, FAQ, forums, development updates, a live roadmap, and feature requests. Players can follow the project’s announcements and apply to its content creator program.
