PLAYn

PLAYn is a child development and after-school support provider in Osaka, Japan, serving children with developmental disabilities and their families. Its programs use the PLAYn approach, a structured, science-based form of support designed to understand the reasons behind children’s behavior and address individual needs step by step. The goal is to reduce challenging behaviors while helping children build skills for managing a range of situations.

PLAYn offers two service types. PLAYn Gym provides programs using whole-body movement for children aged three to 12, including children with ADHD or autism. PLAYn Center offers programs focused on visual tasks and fine-motor activities for children aged three to 18 with autism and intellectual disabilities or severe behavioral challenges. Both services create individualized support plans, set measurable goals, monitor progress, and adjust programs as children advance.

Families can request a free trial and consultation, then apply for the required municipal disability welfare service certificate before enrolling. PLAYn operates classrooms and centers in Ibaraki and Osaka, including locations near Ibaraki City, Tenma, and Jūsō stations.
