Sluggball is a baseball-inspired team game from Team BP, LLC, designed to bring former ballplayers together and give anyone who enjoys swinging a bat a chance to compete. The small-sided format centers on hitting rather than fielding or running: teams of four take part in four rounds of situational hitting, with each at-bat limited to 35 seconds or eight swings. A batting-practice-style pitcher supports play, and games last about 30 minutes. Sluggball officials oversee and score matches, with results and player performance statistics published.
