Potápěčský klub Krokodýl Brno

Potápěčský klub Krokodýl Brno is a Brno-based branch association of the Union of Divers of Moravia and Silesia, founded in 2022. The club focuses on teaching and competitive fin swimming for participants of different ages, carrying forward Brno’s tradition in the sport. Its training covers surface swimming with a monofin and snorkel, swimming with fins and a snorkel, and underwater speed diving with a monofin and breathing apparatus. Members train in pools and open water and may compete in events, including distance fin swimming.

The club runs weekly fin-swimming classes for children, including beginners from age six, with instruction adapted to ability. Sessions develop swimming technique and aquatic skills through practice, games, diving and water-entry exercises; children can also try competitive swimming. During summer, the club offers sports courses for children aged six to fourteen, combining pool training with team activities, games and other sports. It also organizes training camps and supports athletes attending competitions. Activities take place at Brno pool facilities, including TJ Tesla Lesná and Za Lužánkami.
