The Plymouth Astronomical Society (PAS), located in Plymouth, Devon, UK, is a vibrant community dedicated to fostering a love for astronomy. Established as a local hub for space enthusiasts, PAS hosts monthly meetings from September to July, providing an inclusive environment for members and visitors to connect, share knowledge, and explore celestial phenomena. Members enjoy free entry, while visitors can participate for a nominal fee, engaging in discussions and presentations on topics like "What's in the Night Sky this month?"

In addition to meetings, PAS organizes observing events that allow enthusiasts to view astronomical occurrences, such as eclipses, with telescopes provided by the society. Upcoming highlights include a partial solar eclipse viewing at Jennycliff, where solar glasses will be available for attendees. With a focus on accessibility and community engagement, PAS welcomes individuals passionate about the universe, inviting them to immerse themselves in the wonders of astronomy through learning, sharing, and observing. Join us for an enlightening journey through the cosmos!
