Pływaj Kraulem is a swimming instruction brand led by coach Urszula Toczek, specializing in teaching and improving freestyle technique for adults and young people. Its approach draws on the Total Immersion method, helping swimmers work toward greater speed with less effort. Courses are suitable for beginners learning freestyle from the basics, experienced swimmers seeking to refine their technique, and people preparing for triathlons or open-water swimming.

The brand offers private lessons, weekend workshops, and swimming camps in locations across Poland, with sessions adapted to each participant’s ability and goals. During lessons, the coach enters the water to provide real-time guidance and corrections. Video recordings, including underwater footage, support detailed technique analysis and help swimmers identify areas for improvement and track their progress. Open-water programs also give participants the opportunity to develop confidence and skills beyond the pool. Pływaj Kraulem combines practical exercises, individual attention, and a friendly learning atmosphere to help swimmers build confidence and swim more efficiently.
