PMB Services

PMB Services develops and publishes PMB, free document-management software designed for libraries and documentation centres. The platform supports the management of physical and electronic resources, helping organisations organise collections, monitor information, publish content and explore documentary holdings while reducing the risk of information loss. PMB is presented as an adaptable solution for different professional sectors, including public administrations, agriculture and environmental organisations, cultural institutions, legal services, education and research, and health and social services.

For libraries, the software serves a broad range of settings, from public libraries and media libraries to library networks, toy libraries, art libraries, workplace and patient libraries, and prison libraries. PMB Services also offers related services, including portals, support and training, as well as hardware. The company promotes an approach centred on free and ethical digital technology and provides information about software downloads and versions. Its website also features customer references, a user area, a community, a blog, frequently asked questions and contact options, including requests for a demonstration.
