PMC Golf

PMC Golf is an indoor golf performance studio in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, serving golfers across the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. It brings golf instruction, fitness coaching, and practice facilities together under one roof, offering year-round support for players of different ages and abilities.

The studio’s instruction is led by PGA Director of Instruction Patrick Cairns, who combines personalized coaching with technology to assess swing mechanics and ball striking. Tools include Trackman 4, Swing Catalyst video analysis, and Dual Motion Plates, which provide feedback on movement, pressure, and performance. Lessons are available in one-hour sessions, individually or in a five-session package.

PMC Golf also offers indoor full-swing and short-game practice areas, with technology to help players measure progress and build better practice habits. Its golf fitness coaching is led by TPI-certified trainer Jessie Judge and focuses on golf-specific mobility, consistency, accuracy, distance, and injury prevention. Together, coaching, practice, and fitness services help golfers work on multiple aspects of their game in one convenient facility.
