PMSC

Perth Metro Sporting Clays (PMSC) is a welcoming shooting club based in Perth, Western Australia, with grounds at Wanneroo and Whiteman Park. It invites beginners and experienced shooters alike to enjoy sporting clays in a friendly, inclusive community. The sport uses varied clay targets designed to mimic the flight of birds and animals, creating a realistic challenge across natural bush settings and changing terrain.

PMSC offers practice sessions, competitions and coaching at both grounds. Coaching is delivered by volunteer club and nationally accredited instructors, with regular group sessions and a junior program focused on developing shooting skills and technique. Wanneroo hosts most competitions, Saturday practice and coaching, with more than 20 traps and a range of target layouts. Whiteman Park provides a central venue for practice and events, including Compak, five-stand and English Sporting.

The club also maintains a 400-metre rifle range at Wanneroo for full members, with sighting sessions and informal competitions for different calibres.
