Pochisilk begins by offering support and training to farmers, enabling them to cultivate mulberry trees and rear silkworms for cocoon production. They also collaborate with families to reel silk into yarns. Once the silk fabrics are prepared, they are meticulously designed and woven in collaboration with upskilled rural weavers to create the final products.

To provide a direct route to the market, Pochisilk established a weaving studio and showroom in Yangon. This space serves as a training ground for developing environmentally-friendly dye techniques and houses several full-time weavers. Visitors to the showroom have the opportunity to witness the various stages of silk production, including worm rearing, silk reeling, and weaving. Pochisilk even offers short weaving and dyeing courses for those interested.
