POCO56 is a Polish-led online initiative building an open, collaborative encyclopedia focused on food, nutrition and culinary culture. Its Wiki Żywienia i Jedzenia (Wiki of Nutrition and Eating) aims to make accessible knowledge about foods and producers, ingredients, traditional dishes, cooking, gastronomy and the ways culture shapes eating habits. The site invites people to contribute articles, suggestions and expertise, presenting the project as a shared resource that can grow through community participation.

Its content spans processed and unprocessed foods, dietary approaches, nutrients, food safety and nutrition-related topics. Readers can explore traditional Polish and international dishes, vegetables, dairy, meat, snacks, sweets, organic and plant-based products, supplements, and foods such as fruit, nuts, seeds, herbs and edible wild plants. The wiki also includes recipes, culinary tools and calculators, and information about natural nutrition. Alongside the encyclopedia, POCO56 promotes projects intended to address broader social and environmental challenges, and encourages participation through roles such as contributors, testers and supporters.
