Poco Dolce is an artisan chocolate and confection brand based in San Francisco, founded by Kathy Wiley in 2002. With a passion for creating hand-made chocolates with unique flavors, Poco Dolce's Bittersweet Chocolate Tiles were born, focusing on the "savory side of sweet. " The name translates from Italian as "not too sweet," reflecting their commitment to balanced sweetness.
Using simple, fresh, all-natural ingredients, Poco Dolce ensures the utmost attention and care in crafting each product. They source their GMO-Free chocolate from Guittard Chocolate Company, known for their environmentally and socially conscious practices. By working directly with farmers and using Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade certified cacao beans, Poco Dolce upholds their commitment to quality and sustainability.
