Interreg España, also known as Programa Operativo Coordinación Transfronteriza España Portugal (POCTEP), is a brand that promotes cross-border cooperation with the support of the European Union (EU). They aim to address common challenges and find shared solutions in fields such as health, environment, research, education, transportation, and sustainable energy. POCTEP offers various programs and initiatives to facilitate cooperation between Spain and Portugal.

They provide funding for projects that contribute to a smarter, greener, more inclusive, and citizen-centered Europe. With a budget of 427 million euros, including 299 million euros from the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER), POCTEP operates in 36 transborder NUT III areas of Spain and Portugal.
