POCUS is an online fan community for supporters of Pohang Steelers, bringing club news, discussion, and match-day interests together in one shared space. Members can take part in conversations through forums for general posts, announcements and guides, questions and advice, and suggestions or reports. The site also offers match schedules, photo galleries, chants, supporter groups, stadium information, player updates, and a trading area where fans can seek or exchange tickets and team merchandise.

A lost-and-found board helps members report missing belongings or items they have discovered, while attendance check-ins, missions, and stickers add interactive community activities. Visitors can browse popular and recent posts, comments, and notices, including match reactions, goal videos, and supporter analysis. POCUS also provides community support information and encourages users to help sustain the site.

Designed around fan participation, it serves as a meeting point for Pohang Steelers supporters to share experiences, follow club-related topics, connect with one another, and organize practical matters related to matches and merchandise
