POD

Pod is a Bermuda-based family and parenting brand created by two entrepreneurs: a birth and lactation professional and the founder of a local food business. Inspired by their experience in the parent community, they established Pod to improve access to quality products and resources for families at different stages of the journey, from preconception through pregnancy, postpartum, lactation, and early parenthood.

The brand describes itself as a one-stop shop offering support beyond products. Its online store features items for pregnancy and recovery, including digestive support, nausea relief, and birth and postpartum recovery tinctures, alongside a baby shop. Pod also provides resources for families and organizes its offerings around preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation. Its focus is on helping Bermuda families find options that can otherwise be difficult to access locally. Pod’s founders bring experience and community insight to the business, with an emphasis on supporting parents and families. Customers can shop online, explore resources, and sign up for the newsletter to receive product updates, offers, and stories.
