Podere Spedalone is a certified organic agriturismo near Pienza in Tuscany’s UNESCO-listed Val d’Orcia. Set on a historic estate first documented in the 13th century, it combines rural hospitality with the region’s landscapes, food and heritage. The property offers 16 rooms and suites, along with Villa Casina Blue and the Appartamento Toscano, providing accommodation for different kinds of stays.

Its restaurant, La Pecora Bianca, serves farm-to-table Tuscan cuisine, using vegetables, fruit and herbs grown on the estate.
