Podium Oosterwold

Podium Oosterwold is a community arts and culture initiative that brings residents, artists and visitors together through a locally organized festival in Oosterwold. Its program invites people to discover, watch, listen and take part, with activities spread across neighborhood locations. The 2026 edition, themed “New Neighbors,” featured a children’s program called De Stelling, the hands-on activity area Het Rode Hoekje, the De Nieuwe Buren Route for exploring the neighborhood, and a main gathering at De Bostuin. The event included contributions from performers, artists, makers, residents, sponsors and volunteers.

Podium Oosterwold is preparing its fourth edition for Friday 4 and Saturday 5 June 2027. The organization welcomes volunteers to help with tasks such as setup, cleanup, serving coffee and technical support. Artists, performers, visual artists and others interested in participating are also invited to get in touch. Visitors can find past program information and event photographs on the website, and can sign up by name and email to receive news about the next festival.
