Podrska Foundation, established in 2018 by Fahd Kharim Ssevume, also known as Dash Meizler, is a non-profit grassroots vegan organization based in Uganda. Committed to an ethics of care for both human and non-human lives, this foundation provides various programs and services to support vulnerable individuals and advocate for non-human animals. The foundation was inspired by Dash Meizler's personal experiences growing up in Uganda, witnessing the struggles faced by his family to provide education and basic necessities.

His compassion for non-human animals developed later in life, prompting him to question the ethics of slaughtering and consuming animal products. This led to his decision to adopt a vegan lifestyle and promote empathy and justice towards animals. Podrska Foundation's vision is to empower and educate vulnerable communities, ensuring their wellbeing and that of non-human animals, while prioritizing ethical values, environmental sustainability, and overall health.
