Farma Pod Vrškama is a family-run horse farm and stable in Čeletice, at the foothills of the Šumava mountains in the Czech Republic. Set at an elevation of 850 metres, the farm offers horses a clean mountain environment and 40 hectares of pasture. Its services include horse boarding and foaling care, starting young horses under saddle, training, riding lessons for owners, horse sales, and transport.
Facilities for training include a 25-by-60-metre sand arena with show-jumping equipment and a round pen. Drawing on 25 years of experience, the family currently cares for more than 60 horses. Its approach combines natural horsemanship with classical equestrian sport, while prioritising herd life, outdoor movement, and individual care.
Horses spend much of the year grazing on extensive pastures and can enjoy movement across hilly terrain, with the aim of supporting their physical condition and mental well-being. The farm’s work ranges from careful rearing to patient training, including preparation for sport, and reflects its belief that even a high-performance horse benefits from living naturally within a herd
