poezda.ru

Поезд.ру is an online train-ticket booking service operated by ООО «УФС», which acts as a subagent for railway carriers. The platform helps travelers search current train schedules and fares across Russia and the CIS, compare available journeys, and purchase electronic tickets. Users can choose a train, carriage type and seat, with filters for departure and arrival times, journey duration and price. The service offers tickets for regular and high-speed trains, including Sapsan and Lastochka, and provides information about suburban electric trains.

After selecting a journey, passengers enter their details and pay online; the electronic ticket is sent by email. Available booking options include child fares, selected railway promotions, insurance and a guaranteed-refund add-on. Customers can also manage bookings and request ticket refunds through the website. The platform highlights direct booking through the railway reservation system, interactive carriage seat selection, prompt ticket confirmation and secure card payments. Alongside booking tools, Поезд.ру publishes travel articles, railway news, schedule updates, discounts and practical guidance for planning trips.
