"Pohyb je život" is a movement school founded by Petr Růžička in 2014, introducing Ido Portal Method to the Czech Republic. We focus on teaching you a different way of moving, helping you understand and embody your own body while promoting balance and calmness. Our curriculum encompasses strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance, but goes beyond mere physical skills to impart universal principles of human movement.

Unlike other schools, we exclusively teach according to Ido Portal Method. Our diverse team of teachers, who are first and foremost dedicated students themselves, prioritize character, loyalty, adaptability, and continuous growth. With group classes in Prague, Opava, and Ostrava, "Pohyb je život" welcomes everyone regardless of profession, status, or age because 'Movement is life'.
