Pointe Rapide Estate & Vineyard is a historic Tasmanian destination offering luxury accommodation, weddings, events and wellness retreats. Set on the Tamar River, around 45 minutes from Launceston, the estate is home to Mount Edgcumbe House, one of Tasmania’s earliest homesteads. Recently refurbished and opened to guests, the house combines heritage character with contemporary comfort in a peaceful, secluded setting.

Accommodation guests have access to the entire house and 37 acres of estate grounds, including gardens, walking tracks to the water’s edge, historic features, a dam, native flora and fauna, and the surrounding vineyard.
